How long do I have to watch the video I have purchased?
Once the content is available, customers will have unlimited viewing of said video for 24 hours from the time they first click ‘Play’. After the 24 hours complete, customers will need to re-purchase the video to continue viewing. This applies to all customers regardless if the video or event is purchased as a live event or if they have purchased the archive version. The 24 hour window will only begin once a customer clicks 'Play' for the first time.

What is included in the 6 Month Subscription? 
With a UFC® Library subscription you have access to the greatest single fights featuring the very best historic moments in UFC® history.  But it doesn't stop there.  As the collection continues to grow, your subscription includes every new release.

Why aren’t full event replays available with my subscription?
Full events, live or replays, are not included in the UFC® Library subscription.  The good news is that, with your subscription, all of the unaired prelims and many of your favorites from past events will be available as individual fights.

Can I get UFC.TV on my mobile device?
Android - UFC videos and live events are currently availalbe on Adroid through the UFCTV app, available for download in the Android Market.
iPad/iPhone - Look for a new app in the iTunes store soon.

What video quality are the games viewable in?
UFC.TV will provide the optimal video quality dependent on the current download bandwidth of your Internet connection, up to a max of 3MB.  The video player uses adaptive bandwidth technology to periodically check your Internet connection and deliver you the optimal video quality experience for that connection.  If the available bandwidth changes as you watch, the picture quality will fluctuate.

Will the viewing quality decrease if I am using other applications?
Applications which consume high bandwidth, such as file sharing applications (e.g. emule, bitorrent), may compete with UFC.TV on the same bandwidth, and thus reduce video quality. It is recommended to close these applications while watching UFC.TV or limit their bandwidth usage. Downloading large files or using real-time applications, such as VoIP, may reduce video quality as well. Any other computers on your internet connection (including homes, hotels, or public spaces) can affect bandwidth availability as well.

I need help using my Roku player:

I had a previous account with UFClive.com.  Can I use that information?
Yes, your account and subscriptions are still valid.  You will be required to enter your information to create a new password for the new UFC.TV experience. 

Why is there a US price listed for each package?
The local currency display is the approximate conversion of the US price based on latest exchange rates.   All transactions are charged in US dollars or Canadian dollars at the time of purchase.

I have a Promo Code. Where do I enter that to get a discount?
After logging in or creating a new account, you will be taken to the payment page. On the right side of the screen you will be able to add any product promo codes.

How do I report a problem?

I have an account but forgot my username/password. What should I do?
After you select the product you would like to purchase you will be taken to a log-in screen where you can either create a new account or enter your username and password.

If you have forgotten your user name or password, on the right half of the screen, click the link that says "Forgot your username or password?" You will be taken to a screen that asks for your e-mail address. Enter your valid e-mail address associated with your UFC.TV account and you will receive an e-mail with your username and password.

How do I change my account information?
Log in then click the "My Account" tab. From that page you will see three tabs at the top of your screen. Click the appropriate tab to:

Update Account Information
Update Billing Information
Change Password

Minimum System Requirements

A broadband internet connection (DSL/cable or higher) of 750kbps or higher is needed for UFC.TV. If you have an internet connection speed of 2.0Mbps or higher and your computer meets the requirements below, you will be able to enjoy UFC content at its highest video quality.

  • Pentium III 1GHz or higher or equivalent AMD processor with a minimum of 512MB of memory.
