Hardy Nommed for 'Most Metal Athlete'

Vote for the Outlaw as ‘Most Metal Athlete of the Year'

The annual Golden Gods Awards – North America’s only hard rock awards show – has released its 2011 nominees and along with shortlists for ‘Best Album’ and ‘Best Band’ has nominated the UFC’s own Dan ‘the Outlaw’ Hardy in the ‘Most Metal Athlete’ category.

The Outlaw is up against the likes of skateboarder Chris Cole, NHL’s Toni Lydman and the NFL’s Jeremy Shockey and needs your vote here: http://www.revolvermag.com/beta/goldengods/voting.

This year’s awards show is taking place April 20 at Club Nokia in LA and will be broadcast internationally on VH1 Classic.

Vote sensibly. Vote Outlaw!
