Biography

TRAINING: Usually twice a day Monday through Friday and once on Saturday. Morning session is strength and conditioning, and at night is usually some type of sparring.

When and why did you start training for fighting?
Six years ago - I was helping a guy train for a fight and never left the gym

NAFFS Heavyweight Champion

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? A great accomplishment, but I still have to prove myself

What was your job before you started fighting? Bartender. Now I'm a firefighter/paramedic
