Biography

TRAINING: My life revolves around the gym and martial arts. I run my own fitness facility, so my day starts early at my gym, working with my clients who I train for health and fitness using my martial arts approach. I truly believe this helps my fight game because I coach lots of techniques I am working on with my coaches and it gives me extra reps on the thought process. Each day is a little different on intensity and focus. I keep it to two practices a day on technique, one working on my own every day I have lots of mental visualization workouts like running, jump rope, bag work, where I visualize my fight and feel a work load while focusing. These are some of my favorite and most creative. Each day is an attempt to use a smart diet to recover and fuel my machine, train hard enough to gain fighter shape, not overtrain, and most important mentally condition as much as possible (visualize, control heart rate, positive thought process).
