TRAINING: 3 to 5 mile run, conditioning, rest, return to the gym for sparring or ground work, finish up with 10 rounds of pad work ..

When and why did you start training for fighting? I started training in my late teens and I wanted discipline, focus, and a sense of achievement

What does it mean for you to fight in UFC? There are no words really. This is a true blessing. I feel like I just got my call up from the minors and I’m in the show. Thank God
