Biography
TRAINING: M,W,F: Morning practice wt Team Alpha Male. Personals with Master Thong and Strength and conditioning with Amadeo Novella of NTS. T,TH: Sparring, Grappling/BJJ with Fabio Prado. Saturday: road work.
When and why did you start training for fighting? I was a 2 time NAIA All American wrestler. Fighting was just a natural progression for me.
What ranks and titles have you held? NAIA National runner up 2004.
Do you have any heroes? Diego Corrales and my mom.
What is your favorite technique? The one that wins the fight.
What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? Being that the UFC is the Super bowl of MMA, it means that all my hard work has finally been recognized. I'm very excited for my future and the many opportunities that lie ahead.
Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? I’m three units short of a degree in mass communications.
What was your job before you started fighting? Senior account executive with an internet based company in San Francisco.
