Yoel RomeroTRAINING: I typically get up early, around 7am, have breakfast and take my daughter to school. I then meet with my trainer about 10am and start physical training. Depending on the workout, we are usually there for about 2-3 hours, after which I then go home to eat, shower and nap. I pick up my daughter from school around 3 in the afternoon. After that I have a snack and get ready to go to the gym again. I usually start around 7pm until about 9pm-10pm. At that point, I go home eat, shower and go to sleep to get ready to do it all over again the next day. When and why did you start training for fighting? Eight years ago What ranks and titles have you held? I have had almost every medal in every wrestling tournament I ever entered, from World championships to Olympic games; also Pan Am championships, World cups, and many, many other international wrestling tournaments and invitationals. Won Silver medal in freestyle wrestling in the 2000 Olympics
