TRAINING: A typical day consists of work in the morning followed by Muay Thai and jiu-jitsu training one day, then the following day sparring and jiu-jitsu, with strength and conditioning after work on the weekends.
Thoughts on opponent, Estevan Payan? He's another tough fighter that is coming off a loss as well and is gonna be looking to win by any means. So it's gonna be a battle of wills to see who wants it more.
When and why did you start training for fighting? Seven years ago I started training to be a better role model for my family and to better myself.
What ranks and titles have you held? I hold two titles in Gladiator Challenge at 135 and 145. I also have a black belt in Taekwondo and a blue belt in Jiu-Jitsu

What was your job before you started fighting? Working at a recycling plant
