Biography

Training: A typical day of training for this fight is just like any other. Strength and conditioning in the morning and hard fight training, followed by technique for the night session.

When and why did you start training for fighting? I’ve been involved in martial arts for over 15 years. I love the competition and it’s a big part of my life.

What ranks and titles have you held? I'm the KOTC 170lbs Champion

Do you have any heroes? Anybody that does good in this world

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? Everything, I worked 10 years to make it here and now I’m living my dream.

What was your job before you started fighting? Teaching

Specific accomplishments in pro competition? Winning a world title and also making it to the UFC
