TRAINING: Jog four miles or do sprints, sparring or technique training, conditioning training.

When and why did you start training for fighting? When I was 16 years old. I started to learn a martial art.

What ranks and titles have you held? BJJ Black Belt, Muay Thai blue kruang, Duke Roufus Kickboxing brown belt. Nitrix Middleweight Champion, Bad Boy Fight Challenge Middleweight Champion, UKC Battlegrounds Middleweight Champion.

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It means everything. It’s time to show to the world who I am!
