TRAINING: Mon, Wed, and Fri mornings at 6 is conditioning. Tues, Thurs is strength training, then Mon, Wed, and Fri nights are pad work and sparring. Tues, Thurs is wrestling, Sunday is cardio and jits.
When and why did you start training for fighting? I started about five years ago when a good buddy of mine, Karl Kelly, thought I would be good at it, and I found out I was.
What ranks and titles have you held? Amsterdam Lightweight title, Phil Bricks Lightweight Title, Riverfront Lightweight Title, and Glory Lightweight title
Do you have any heroes? Superman
What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? That everything is coming together and that I've finally made it to the big leagues.
Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? No.
What was your job before you started fighting? I work for MJ Construction and Fabrication and do some side jobs
