TRAINING: A typical day of training is up early for a hard workout session, back in the afternoon for a good technical session. Then some strength and conditioning in the evening.
When and why did you start training for fighting? Started in April of 2006. I needed a better way to take care of my children. Wanted to give them their own personal hero.

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It’s a dream come true. I’m one step closer to my goal of being world champion.
